Floral, Crisp, Mineral
Taylor Peak Sauvignon Blanc comes from one of the coldest and slowest ripening sites in Bennett Valley, shaped by constant breezes from the Petaluma Gap and a long growing season. Cool spring conditions and thoughtful harvest timing allowed the fruit to retain natural acidity and heightened aromatics, while gentle handling and cold fermentations preserved clarity and freshness. The blend of two French clones brings both floral lift and ripe orchard fruit, creating a Sauvignon Blanc that feels focused, expressive, and full of energy. Bright yet rounded, this wine shows precision without losing its sense of ease, unfolding gracefully from first sip through the finish.
