Savory, Floral, Structured
Our Taylor Peak Pinot Noir is shaped by one of the coldest and most demanding sites in Bennett Valley, where slow ripening and hands on vineyard work define the style. Picked early to highlight savory character, the fruit was fermented in small lots to explore each clone’s voice before blending. Cool growing conditions encouraged floral lift and fresh fruit aromas while preserving natural acidity and subtle spice. Gravelly, iron rich soils contribute depth and quiet tension, resulting in a Pinot Noir that feels composed, expressive, and deeply rooted in place. This is a wine driven by finesse rather than weight, unfolding steadily from first sip to finish.
