Helena Bench Sauvignon Blanc is harvested from our favorite blocks of our mountain vineyard in Knights Valley. This wine was aged in an array of vessels including concrete egg, building a richer and more complex mouthfeel. The resulting wine has a crisp acidity, savory minerality, with intense fruity aromas of yellow and white nectarine, pineapple, guava, and inviting lemon verbena notes.
