Lavender Fields, Market & Mural

Sonoma County’s Most Captivating Lavender Fields

Whether it transports us to the South of France, calms us on a stressful day, or adds intrigue to a dish, lavender is magical. At Matanzas Creek, our three acres of sustainably farmed, spectacular lavender gardens are both enchanting and an integral part of our biodiverse ecosystem, attracting many species of bees, butterflies, and other pollinators to our Estate and neighborhood.

Once the lavender reaches full bloom, we hand-cut it, dry it in our lavender barn, and use it to create body butters, essential and massage oils, sachets, room sprays, soaps, candles, culinary herbs, and more.

Visit between mid-May through the end of July for to see the lavender in full bloom!
