Sculpt & Sip offers a fresh take on wine country, blending movement, wellness, and the beauty of our iconic lavender fields. Begin with an energizing outdoor Pilates class led by BodyRok, then enjoy a glass of wine and time to wander among the estate.
Wine Club: Taste of the Estate

Join us for a special wine club pickup experience designed exclusively for our members inspired by the Estate we all call home. Reserve your preferred time slot and settle in for a guided tasting of three wines, each thoughtfully paired with a bite created by our Executive Chef.
This isn’t a full meal, it’s an intimate progression of wine and food designed to showcase the character of each pour and the creativity of our kitchen. Each pairing has been crafted specifically for the occasion, with seasonal ingredients and flavors chosen to complement the wines from Matanzas Creek Winery.
