Matanzas Creek Lavender Spice Rub


1 Tbsp. lavender

1 Tbsp. dried thyme

1 Tbsp. coriander (ground)

½ tsp. garlic (granulated)

½ tsp. onion (granulated)

¾ tsp. kosher salt

½ tsp. sugar


In a spice grinder, mix the lavender and dried thyme until thoroughly ground.  Combine with remaining ingredients. Reserve spice rub in an airtight container.
