The Cougar Ridge Chardonnay, located up on Stonestreet Mountain Estate, was hand-harvested in September where it was sourced from 5 different blocks.  Captivating aromas of lemon curd, honeysuckle, bosc pear, red apple, citrus blossom, and wet rocks.
