Shipping
Most orders require 24 to 48 hours for processing. If a product becomes backordered, allow one additional day for inventory replenishment. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. Allow additional processing time for orders spanning weekends and holidays.
Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we only ship wine to those states where direct shipment is permitted by law. Clothing and other merchandise can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
In addition, each state imposes limitations on the amount of wine any particular adult state resident may receive by direct shipment. To ensure that you are able to order wine for direct shipment from our website, please consult the specific state requirements for your state below. If your shipment is affected by this law, we will contact you.
Due to State specific laws wines can only be shipped to the following states:
- Alaska - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per month
- California - No limitations
- Colorado - No current restrictions
- District of Columbia - Purchases limited to one (1) bottle per month
- Florida - No current restrictions
- Hawaii - Purchases limited to three (3) cases per year
- Idaho - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per month
- Illinois - Direct shipment of up to two (2) cases of wine per year without permission
- Iowa - Purchases limited to two (2) cases of wine per month
- Louisiana - Purchases limited to four (4) cases of wine per year
- Michigan - No current restrictions
- Minnesota - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per year
- Missouri - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per year
- Nebraska - Purchases limited to one (1) case per month
- Nevada - Purchases limited to twelve (12) cases per year
- New Hampshire - Purchases limited to sixty (60) bottles per year
- New Mexico - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per month
- New York - Purchases limited to three (3) cases per month.
- North Carolina - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per month
- North Dakota - Purchases limited to one (1) case per month
- Oregon - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per month
- South Carolina - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per month
- Texas - Purchases limited to fifteen (15) bottles per month
- Virginia - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per month
- Washington - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per year
- West Virginia - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per month
- Wisconsin - Purchases limited to three (3) case per year
- Wyoming - Purchases limited to two (2) cases per year
State and county tax will be added where applicable.
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. By placing an order with Matanzas Creek Winery, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person signing for the delivery is at least 21 years of age. UPS requires Adult Signature. The person signing for the wine may be asked for identification and must represent him/herself as sober.
