Our signature style of 'non grassy' Sauvignon Blanc is achieved by blending Sauvignon Musque (a clonal cousin of Sauvignon Blanc) which balances the wine's natural acidity, strengthens the mid-palate and provides a longer finish. We also ferment and age 21% of the wine in very fine grain French Oak barrels to preserve the fresh aromatic qualities of these varietals.
