The 2008 Helena Bench Sauvignon Blanc is the first single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc in our history. Sourced from a site at the base of Mt. St. Helena in Sonoma County's Knights Valley, this site first caught Francios' attention in 2005 and he has been working on it for the past four years to capture the 'La le de vinification' - the vines being in harmony with their surroundings and producing fruit of such character that they deserve a separate bottling. This elegant wine is full of complex flavors and tantalizing aromas.
