The careful selection and gentle handling of our Chardonnay fruit results in a finished wine boasting intense fruit flavor and balanced acids.
Acclaim
89 Points - "The very good 2002 Chardonnay displays elegant notes of lemon zest, orange marmalade, subtle wood, and a hint of butter in its attractive, well-delineated style. It should drink well for 2-3 years." - Robert M. Parker Jr., Wine Advocate December 2003
88 Points - "Aromas of lemon drop and earth. Sweet, fat and a bit exotic, with flavors of pear, mirabelle and spices. Finishes with good spice character." - Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar May 2004
