Tasting Notes
The wine’s nose offers hints of fresh-cut hay, ripe peach, spice, and notes of vanilla. Apricot flavors and am élange of citrus are also evident in this youthful wine. If you can wait, our 2000 Sauvignon Blanc should develop even more complexity over five years in the bottle.
Our 2000 Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Semillon. True to the house style, it possesses extraordinary complexity and balance while retaining faithfulness to the varietal character.
