A touch of the grapes experienced botrytis, also referred to as noble rot which imparts notes of honeysuckle flower and white peach. With notes of lemon creme and pear the 2007 Sonoma Valley Chardonnay is the perfect accompaniment to grilled lobster, gouda and asiago cheese, or cedar planked salmon.

Our signature style of 'non grassy' Sauvignon Blanc is achieved by blending Sauvignon Musque (a clonal cousin of Sauvignon Blanc) which balances the wine's natural acidity, strengthens the mid-palate and provides a longer finish. We also ferment and age 21% of the wine in very fine grain French Oak barrels to preserve the fresh aromatic qualities of these varietals.
