How much does it cost to join?
There is no cost to join our Wine Club. We ask that you be an active member in the club for one year and commit to buying at least the four quarterly shipments in that year. As you may customize the bottles in each shipment, the price varies on your selection of wines and the state that you live in.

How long do I have to be a member?
The commitment you agree to upon joining is that you will be a member for a minimum of one year.

I am currently a member, can you tell me what tier I am in?
You can either call the winery at 1-800-668-5887 or email us at wineclub@matanzascreek.com and we can determine what tier you signed up for.

Can I customize my packages to include the wines I want?
Yes! We mail an announcement to you the month before your quarterly shipment is to arrive. This letter includes a list of the current wine releases from which you may make your selection. You must contact the Wine Club before the date specified in the letter to customize your package. We can be reached by phone at 1-800-668-5887 or at wineclub@matanzascreek.com.

Can I get the discount on purchases in addition to my shipments?

I live in the area, can I come pick up my wine?
We do have a will call program available. Contact the Wine Club at 1-800-668-5887 or at wineclub@matanzascreek.com for more information.

How do I discontinue my membership?
You may cancel your membership after one year either by phone, email or written correspondence. All cancellations will be acknowledged by mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two weeks, please call and confirm that your cancellation has been received.
